Who We Are
Meridian Estates began as a two-person leasing desk on Baner Road. We had no listings board and one rule: never put a property in front of a client we would not buy ourselves.
Twenty-one years later the rule has survived the growth. We now run four practice groups — residential sales, commercial leasing, legal diligence and property management — across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru, with an in-house valuation team and a legal desk that signs off on every listing before it goes live.
