Questions

What Clients
Usually Ask First

Sales and leasing are charged as a percentage of the transaction, quoted in writing before we start. Diligence and valuation are fixed fees. Management is a monthly percentage of collected rent — we are not paid on rent we fail to collect.

Not on the same transaction. If both parties approach us on one property, we disclose it and one side is referred out. It costs us fees; it keeps the advice usable.

Yes — roughly a fifth of our clients are overseas. We run video walkthroughs, handle power-of-attorney documentation, coordinate with your bank on FEMA compliance and manage registration through an authorised representative.

You get a written note with the defect, its severity and whether it is curable. If it is not, we recommend walking away — and our diligence fee still stands, which is exactly why the opinion is worth reading.

Correctly priced residential stock in our core areas closes in 45 to 70 days from listing to registration. Commercial leasing runs 60 to 120 days depending on fit-out scope.
